Sennheiser presents Smart Assist app update

The Evolution Wireless Digital Smart Assist App provides mobile access to all EW-D system settings. The new update increases the benefit of remote monitoring in the palm of your hand.

Landscape Mode
After customer feedback (remote mixing board apps are in landscape and used on the same device) we implemented a "Light" landscape mode.

Custom range scan and channel sorting
The custom range scan from the first app version found its way back to 2.0.5. You can select the start and endpoint of your scan.
The channel sorting function is made available again as well.

EW-DP EK Firmware update 1.9.0
The new App version includes the latest EW-DP firmware.

EW-DX support - coming soon
As of October 2023, the Smart Assist App will support EW-DX devices. We will publish a promotional video for the Smart Assist App to generate awareness for the app and its support

Available Now: LM 6070 Charging Module for EW-D Batteries

The LM 6070 charging module for the L 6000 rack-mount charger is shipping now, enabling professional users to conveniently recharge the Evolution Wireless Digital batteries directly in the rack.

One LM 6070 can recharge two BA 70 batteries, with the L 6000 (19", 1U) accommodating four of these modules.

Three-colour LEDs for each charging bay show the battery status at a glance, with more details on the charging process available in the Wireless Systems Manager software.

DaVinci Resolve 18.5.1 Update

This software update adds improved support for maintaining color grade versions when stabilizing clips, better audio playback for bus tracks, as well as more accurate copy and pasting of power windows and power window data. Technical support for the free version of DaVinci Resolve 18.5 is only available via the Blackmagic Design community forums.

DaVinci Resolve 18.5
Public Beta 5

This software update adds improvements to the DaVinci public beta including support for Blackmagic RAW 3.3, DaVinci Wide Gamut in Fusion, improved Text+ element merging when using gradient fill, plus finer control of wide gamut settings. This update also enables audio encoder bit rate settings to be applied per track, as well as audio playback improvements when using Fairlight Audio Accelerator. Desktop Video 12.5 Update

This software update adds improved compatibility with AMD Epyc CPUs, as well as better compatibility with displays and projectors and improved audio performance when capturing high frame rate video modes for DeckLink 8K Pro. In addition, this update adds support for Linux kernel 6.1 for all DeckLink, Intensity and UltraStudio models.
