Built-in Wireless Video

Finally, an ultra-bright 7-inch handheld monitor with a fully-contained Teradek Bolt 6. Rugged and protected from the

elements, this is a handheld monitor that can withstand even the most destructive directors.

Built-in Bolt 6 units utilize the clear airwaves of the newly open 6GHz spectrum, with RX and TX models that are compatible with any Teradek Bolt 6, and backwards-compatible with any Bolt 4K system in 5GHz mode.

Powerful, bright, and durable, the Ultra 7 offers a stunning 2300nits brightness and a full suite of large front-facing custom-function buttons for maximum control in all conditions. Experience all your favorite PageOS tools and functions on a fully loaded 7-inch touchscreen field monitor powerful enough to ingest a 4K signal with 6G-SDI.

Ultra 7 is adaptable to all situations and conditions, including optional Gold or V-Mount Micro Battery Plates for a compact power solution, an Ethernet port to enable ARRI and Sony VENICE CameraControl, and a 5-Pin USB port for RED® Camera Control (Camera Control license and cable sold separately).

We brought together SmallHD’s Ultra 7 monitor with Teradek’s wireless transmission technology. Ultra 7 Bolt 6 RX integrates a Bolt 6 Receiver directly inside an Ultra 7 monitor, allowing you to wirelessly send the image from your camera up with the new internal V-Antenna. The Ultra 7 Bolt 6 RX is available as a Gold Mount or V-Mount option in either the 750 or 1500 range.

Designed to withstand the extremes of any production environment, Ultra 7 has the processing power of our 4K Production monitors, customizable function buttons, and shock-absorbing bumpers.

Rugged, powerful, and feature-rich, the Ultra 7 offers 2300nits of brightness, 6G-SDI that allows you to ingest4K signal, a 2-Pin power passthrough for cleaner builds, an Ethernet port for camera control, plus a joystick and tactile physical buttons for control in any conditions. Utilize all your favourite PageOS tools, functions, and settings pages on a fully-loaded 7-inch touchscreen monitor.

QD-LED Edge-Lit LCD Panel Technology

SmallHD LEDs for Ultra 7 panels have the highest tolerance for colour uniformity. These LEDs are built into an edge-lit panel stack that diffuses and focuses the light through a quantum-dot film, ensuring the purest colour accuracy on our panels. The result is an extremely bright monitor with excellent image fidelity.

With an IP53 rating and ultra-durable water, dirt, heat, cold, and drop-resistant chassis, Ultra 7 was designed to withstand all the rigours and elements that professional filmmakers endure.
