Sony UWP-D22 Handheld Microphone Kit - UWP-D22/K33

As high-resolution content becomes more prevalent in video production, the demand for top-notch audio is on the rise.

Content creators today face the challenge of capturing high-quality audio quickly, reliably, and with limited resources.

Enter the UWP-D series, a game-changing solution for ENG, EFP, documentaries, weddings, and more. Offering exceptional sound quality, reliable RF transmission, true double tuner diversity reception, and user-friendly features, it's the perfect companion.

The UWP-D22 bodypack wireless microphone package includes the UTX-M40 handheld microphone, URX-P40 receiver, and accompanying accessories.

Thanks to Sony's advanced digital audio processing technology, the UWP-D series ensures superior sound quality with enhanced transient response performance.

For seamless integration with Sony camcorders, an optional digital audio interface allows direct digital sound recording via the SMAD-P5 Multi Interface MI shoe adaptor, bypassing A/D and D/A conversion stages and further enhancing sound quality.

Achieving a harmonious blend with compatible Sony camcorders, the UWP-D series displays essential audio information in the camera's viewfinder, offering an RF level meter, audio mute status, and transmitter low battery alert features. The wireless receiver eliminates the need for cable connections, and power can be synchronized between the camera and receiver for efficient power management.

Setting frequencies swiftly and effortlessly is made possible by Sony's NFC SYNC feature, enabling secure channel setting between transmitter and receiver.

With its compact and lightweight design, the UWP-D series ensures excellent mobility in various applications, including news, documentaries, weddings, and remote production. It's an ideal choice for small camcorders and interchangeable-lens digital cameras.
