    The Canon EOS 6D, along with the Nikon D600, represent a new market segment in professional cameras, the mid range full frame DSLRs. While the Canon EOS 6D has some great features, one of the most impactful of these may be its price, coming in at nearly £1000 cheaper than the Canon EOS 5D mark III. Comparing it to it’s bigger, more expensive, brother gives an interesting picture. The Canon EOS 6D has 20.2m megapixels, while the Canon EOS 5D mark III has 22.3m megapixels, both of them with a full frame CMOS sensor.
